On line registration through our web site is a simple process of only 5 steps, before you receive final confirmation:

Registration per category: You should be to carry out up to 6 person registration per category and at the same time (Attendant or Companion person).
Registration Review: You should be able to obtain at that moment a summary for the final charge per person, as well as the total to be paid.
Personal Information: You should fill out personal information (Name, Last name, e-mail address, etc)
Payment: Will be carry out by credit card. We use SSL system.
Confirmation: You will receive by electronic e-mail confirmation with all the details of the participants and services included.

Important note:

If the payment is made before September 1st, you will have 50 USD of discount.

If you only pay for accreditation, there is a 4% electronic payment surcharge. If you pay for the complete package, the payment is completely free of charge. Consult by email eventos@solways.com.

Delegates and Students

The registration fee includes accreditation module, the conference programme book, coffee breaks, lunches, the welcome cocktail, the conference dinner, specialized visits and participant's diploma

Payment of the registration fee
Delegates may pay the registration fee in three ways: online or by bank transfer, if need some extra assistance can contact us by e-mail eventos@solways.com.

Registration Condition:

Solways Cuba is the web travel agent for the XIX WONP Workshop on Nuclear Physicsin collaboration with the Organizing Committe of the event. In order to benefit from the special condition send the registration request by e-mail eventos@solways.com

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and registration category. The registration will be activated upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

For group registrations, companies are requested to send their request by e-mail to eventos@solways.com Different payment and cancellation policies will be applied.

Payment Condition:

All registrations require prepayment.

Event registration rates are subject to changes except when reservations have been confirmed. All rates are quoted in Euros. If any change involves an increase in price/rate, payment will be required at the time of change and the change and it will not be effective until payment is received and confirmed.

The total charge includes all services described by registration category, as well as fees for access and booking. Any incidental charges such as airport taxes, parking, phone calls, tips and room service will be handled directly between you and the supplier or property.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation of Registration:

Refund it will be done to the same credit card that you made a payment, except 20.00 EUROS for administration fees, if participant notify us 7 days before congress opening date.
